Prior to Al Gore inventing the internet :), Robert Bruce was one of the first agents in California to utilize the power of the internet in helping buyers and sellers in acheiving their real estate goals. In 1993, Robert designed his first website and was online using a SLIP account and MOSAIC as a browser (Mosaic was the invention of the people that later brought us Netscape). At that time, a search of California Real Estate For Sale would typically yield a handful of listings. Today, that same search will yield millions of results. Robert took a leave from real estate for a few years to venture off into internet ventures as founder of a web design company, then partner in a start up Internet Service Provider then later as Manager of a local telephone company's Internet Service. Robert's last position prior to re-entering real estate was as a Sales Consultant to Data Centers in the Sacramento Region and was instrumental in bringing wireless internet to the Sacramento area. He was a featured speaker at ISPCON on 2 occasions, the largest Internet Service Providers gathering ever.

My clients are set up for Automatic e-mail or text message updates regarding their listing or purchase and can request updates via US Mail as well.
I utilize a service called JOTT which transcribes telephone messages into text or e-mail messages so my clients have a communication record to refer to. |
